RULES
1. Clients must provide either a full or 50% down payment before I start the commission.
2. After payment is received, the sketches of commissioned work will be sent.
3. I am permitted to have commissioned art on my social media and portfolio.
4. I reserve the right to decline or cancel a request for personal reasons.
5. You are not allowed to claim commissioned art as your own.
6. You can share commissioned artwork on social media with proper credit.
7. Please let me know whether the commissioned artwork will be for commercial use.DURATION
1. Depending on the complexity of the commission, it usually takes me two weeks to complete it.
2. You can check the progress on the commission here
3. I am concerned about the quality of my work and would appreciate it if you could let me know if you require it within a specific time frame.
4. Please keep in mind that I am a full-time university student.
5. I can only work on the commission for short hours due to assessments, your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated.REFUND POLICY
1. There will be no refunds if clients cancel the commission after I have worked on it for more than 4 days or during the line art.
2. If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances, I will issue a full refund.
3. Tips are NOT refundable.PERSONAL VS COMMERCIAL USE
1. If you (client) aren't making money off of it, then it's fine
2. The commercial fee is a separate fee calculated from the design cost. E.g. commercial fee type A for a design that costs $100 is $150. The total paid would be $250.
